Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Paleo Powders Affiliate Program. As a valued partner, your participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a positive experience for both our affiliates and Paleo Powders. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms, which protect the integrity of our brand and support a successful collaboration.1. Affiliate Conduct and Permitted Channels
1.1 Promotion on Various Platforms
You are permitted to promote on platforms you own, such as your website, app, or your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and your podcast. Promotion on platforms you do not own, such as general Facebook groups or as a guest on a podcast, is not allowed for affiliate links and/or discount codes. Paleo Powders may request proof of ownership in case of doubt.
1.2 Email Marketing
Email marketing is allowed, provided a preview of the email is shared with the Paleo Powders affiliate team at least 48 hours before sending, via affiliate@paleopowders.com. The email may only be sent after approval.
1.3 Use of Discount Codes
Discount codes can be provided for promotional activities. It is not permitted to promote discount codes that have not been provided directly to you through the affiliate channel. Sharing discount codes on platforms you do not own is also not allowed.
1.4 Prohibited Promotion
It is not permitted to promote Paleo Powders and its products on websites or other platforms that display discriminatory, racist, hateful, obscene, or illegal content.
1.5 iFraming
The use of iFraming is explicitly prohibited.
2. Traffic and Marketing Restrictions
2.1 SEA, PPC, and CSS
Paid forms of online marketing, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Shopping, aimed at generating traffic to Paleo Powders, are not allowed within the affiliate program.
2.2 Prohibited Forms of Traffic
Downloadable software, incentive traffic, pop-up, or pop-under traffic are not allowed unless permission has been granted by Paleo Powders.
2.3 Cookie Dropping and Cookie Stuffing
Cookie dropping and cookie stuffing are explicitly prohibited.
3. Affiliate Types and Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Affiliate Types
Only influencers, content creators, websites, and bloggers are allowed within the affiliate program. Product comparison websites, review sites, card linking, and cashback platforms are allowed upon request.
3.2 Ineligible Affiliate Types
Affiliates focused on discount codes, retargeting, display ads, toolbars, and similar strategies are not allowed. Sub-affiliate networks are also not allowed.
4. Domain Name and Content Guidelines
4.1 Domain Name UsagePromoting Paleo Powders through domain names that contain the brand name is not allowed. However, it is permitted to have a specific landing page for promotion where the brand name is used in the page title or subdomain. For example:
- Not Allowed: PaleoPowdersProducts.com
- Allowed: Testwebsite.com/paleopowdersproducts or paleopowdersproducts.testwebsite.com
4.2 Promotional Material
Creating your own promotional material without the permission of Paleo Powders is not allowed. Promotional materials are provided via the affiliate program and can also be created upon request by the Paleo Powders affiliate team. Requests can be made via affiliate@paleopowders.com.
5. Commission Structure and Payment
5.1 CommissionsCommissions are awarded based on the commission model, which is accessible via the affiliate program. Commissions can be earned on all Paleo Powders products, excluding gift vouchers. Commissions are calculated based on the order value, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Commission payouts are made from €50.
5.2 Rejection of Commissions
Commissions may be rejected for canceled, returned, and unpaid orders. Additionally, commissions may be rejected if program conditions are breached or in the case of duplicate orders.
5.3 Commission Changes
Paleo Powders reserves the right to change the commission model with a 7-day notice period.
6. Confidentiality and Compliance
6.1 Confidentiality of InformationConfidential information refers to information that you can logically deduce is not intended for third parties, such as prices, campaigns, and strategies that have not yet been launched. Any information shared between parties will be treated confidentially and kept private. Upon termination of the collaboration, Paleo Powders may request that such information be destroyed and/or returned.
6.2 Medical Claims
It is not permitted to make medical claims regarding the products and their applications offered by Paleo Powders via the webshop.

7. Termination and Violation
7.1 Termination of Collaborations
Paleo Powders reserves the right to terminate collaborations with affiliates without notice when necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, non-compliance with program conditions or strategic changes. In other cases, a 7-day notice period applies, and the affiliate will be informed via email.
7.2 Placing Your Own Orders Through Affiliate Links
Placing personal orders through your own affiliate links is not allowed. The transaction will be recorded, but the commission will be set to €0.
