Can I exchange or return my purchase?

At Paleo Powders it is possible to return your online purchases within 14 days. During this period you can return the order - or part of it - in the original packaging if possible.

How can I return my purchase?

If your purchase is not entirely satisfactory, you can easily return your order using the model withdrawal form stating the order number. You also have the option to revoke in another way, as long as you include your name, address and order number. The return costs are at your own expense. All returns must comply with our return conditions. When returning the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount, including shipping costs for the outward shipment, as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. This period of 14 days starts when you return the items or indicate that you wish to return them.

What are your return conditions?

  • Used or already opened items cannot be returned.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged.
  • Please use the original shipping box for returns.
  • The cooling-off period for returning products is 14 days from the next day after receipt.
  • After canceling the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
  • Paleo Powders will charge shipping costs if an order is not received or not picked up at the pick-up location. This is subject to the shipping costs that PostNL charges to consumers.
  • The return costs as well as the risk are for your own account.

How can I exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange an unopened product for another product within 14 days? Which can. In that case, please first contact our customer service via or +31 (0) 88 – 303 88 55 so that you can be sure that your product is in stock as desired. In order for the exchange process to proceed as carefully and quickly as possible, it is important that you provide the return with (a copy of) the original packing slip. Write on this packing slip which product you want to exchange for which product. When your product has been returned, we will send the item to be exchanged to you.

I have received a damaged product. What do I do with this?

At Paleo Powders we always do our utmost to package every product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, it does happen in rare cases that a product is damaged. In this case, always contact our customer service directly.

I have a complaint. Where can I go?

Our aim is that you are satisfied with everything you buy from Paleo Powders. If an item unexpectedly does not meet your expectations, did something go wrong with the delivery or do you have another complaint? Please contact us immediately. We are ready to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
