Our raw kefir is created naturally: all microorganisms grow together, work together, and form a living, symbiotic whole during the growth phase. Regular probiotics don't do this. The bacterial strains are grown separately and combined afterwards, so they don't form a true community, but rather a group of isolated individuals. Each capsule contains 500 mg of freeze-dried kefir milk from a fermentation process lasting at least 36 hours. During this time, the raw milk is converted into kefir by the microorganisms in the authentic kefir grains.

These capsules contain approximately 50 natural strains of bacteria and yeast in a balanced symbiosis. Thanks to the freeze-drying process, the microorganisms remain stable and viable without refrigeration. They are contained within their protected matrix of kefiran and nutrients.
