Beef brain has an exceptionally unique composition

It contains not only vitamins and minerals but also numerous other bioactive, brain-specific components such as unique fatty acids, peptides and neurotrophic factors. These substances in particular are what make beef brain so special. Beef Brain from Paleo Powders contains the complete brain: all parts of the brain, including the glands. This preserves the important natural balance.

Benefits of beef brain and Beef Brain from Paleo Powders

  • Unique composition: Contains brain-specific substances such as DHA, EPA, phospholipids, bioactive peptides, neurotrophic factors and more.

  • Like-supports-like principle: Based on the traditional idea of eating the corresponding organ of the animal.
  • Nose-to-tail nutrition: Encourages eating the traditional, nutritious parts of the animal.
  • Careful processing: Freeze-drying preserves delicate substances such as enzymes – without pesticides, hormones or fillers.

  • Paleo Elements Complex™: Enriched with raw beef blood and paleosoil for extra nutrients such as heme iron, vitamin D3 sulfate and vitamin K2.
  • Suitable for various diets: Ideal for paleo, carnivore and other traditional ways of eating.
  • Ethical and environmentally friendly: The cattle are raised with care in their natural environment, which contributes to the quality of the end product.

Beef Brain from Paleo Powders is unrivalled

This is the only product that contains almost exclusively beef brain. We don't mix it with beef liver, beef heart or other organs – only with a small amount of our own supporting Paleo Elements™ Complex. That is why the dosage per capsule is almost twice as high, at 430 mg of freeze-dried beef brain powder!

Brain anatomy

Because we believe in the wisdom and power of nature, preserving the natural balance is one of our key priorities. That is why Beef Brain contains all nine parts of a bovine brain, including the pineal gland, pituitary gland and hypothalamus.

Beef Brain comes exclusively from New Zealand

New Zealand is known not only for its high standards of animal welfare and quality, but also for its BSE-free cattle. This is of course very important for products such as beef brain. Because the pasture-raised cattle in New Zealand are 100% grass-fed, their nutritional value is higher than that of other cattle. Scientific research shows that New Zealand meat contains, among other things, more antioxidants and other nutrients.

Careful processing

When you process a highly nutritious and delicate organ such as the brain, it is very important that its whole-food status remains intact. High temperatures and intensive processing methods are therefore undesirable. At Paleo Powders you will only find freeze-dried beef organs, because this preserves even the most delicate substances, such as enzymes.

The like-supports-like principle

With its wide variety of brain-specific nutrients, Beef Brain as a food supplement is a textbook example of the traditional like-supports-like principle. Brain for brains! Beef Brain is also an excellent addition to, for example, a carnivore or paleo diet.

Nose-to-tail eating is making a comeback

Because hardly anyone eats organ meat anymore, it can be quite a challenge to supply the body with the micronutrients it needs every day. Yet since the dawn of humanity, this was the norm. Organ meat was among the most sought-after parts of an animal, because our ancestors intuitively knew it was nutritious.

Even more recently, around 100 years ago, head-to-tail eating was still perfectly normal. In the decades that followed, however, eating only muscle meat gradually took over. Until recently nose-to-tail eating seemed a thing of the past, but fortunately it is enjoying a growing revival.

Health-conscious people increasingly recognise and feel that our primal biology craves these powerful food sources. Do you also want to reach your optimum and lead a dynamic life? Then try eating the foods that connect us with our physical, spiritual and psychological heritage.

What else matters?

Humans evolved on the basis of a number of key health factors that shaped our robustness and vitality: eating wild, seasonal and nose-to-tail. Exposure to the natural elements and the rhythms of nature, combined with plenty of physical activity. Darkness at night and sunlight on our skin and eyes during the day. Together, these elements create coherence in our body, which leads to resilience and health.

Paleo Elements Complex™ for that little bit extra

Our own Paleo Elements Complex™ combines raw beef blood from New Zealand with European paleosoil. This combination provides a unique addition of nutrients. The beef blood supplies important substances such as heme iron, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin D3 sulfate, vitamin K2, folate, CoQ10 and choline, as well as red and white blood cells, immunoglobulins and enzymes.

Paleosoil is a mineral-rich earth from aeolian sediment dating back to the European Ice Age. This particular type of earth contains a natural mix of minerals and trace elements such as silicon, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, nickel and zinc. As a whole, it is 100% complementary to beef brain.

Carefully chosen organ meat = supplements of the highest quality

At Paleo Powders we are passionate about the quality of our organ supplements. Our carefully selected freeze-dried organ powders come from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle from New Zealand. We never use organs from animals from questionable countries or from intensive livestock farming.

In New Zealand, cattle are raised with care and respect for animals and the environment. They live in their natural surroundings and spend most of their time outdoors. Their care and monitoring are considered the best in the world. This is naturally reflected in the quality of the meat and of our organ supplements. Because our raw materials are freeze-dried, nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and cofactors are preserved in the highest possible concentrations.

Our supplements are formulated with the utmost care and extensively tested. The products contain no pesticides, hormones or fillers. In short, we are dedicated to providing the best-quality supplements for your health and wellbeing.
